Exhibition

Looking Back Moving Forward was a travelling exhibition designed to bring personal heritage to life. Created in collaboration with the Community Relations Forum and the Heritage Lottery Fund, the project invited communities and individuals to explore their histories and identities through shared collections, personal stories, and exhibition displays.

Rotate Design was commissioned to develop the exhibition’s visual identity and supporting materials. The design combined a warm, inclusive colour palette with clear typography and accessible layouts, reflecting the exhibition’s themes of memory, community, and connection. The result was a cohesive and mobile exhibition experience that encouraged engagement, reflection, and celebration of local heritage across multiple venues.
