Rotate Design assisted Calgary Communications in developing the creative expression of the newly defined First Bus Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

A distinctive and cohesive talent attraction style was created to communicate the EVP through both visual and verbal identity. The design combined bold typography, dynamic colour palettes, and confident messaging to reflect the energy, inclusivity, and forward momentum of the First Bus brand. This approach ensured a consistent and authentic experience across every stage of the candidate journey.
